Dustyn first hopped on the runners of his own dogsled at the age of 3 and has covered hundreds of miles on a sled since with our familes huskies- from helping guide tours from the age of 14 to racing in the Haliburton Derby yearly. Dustyn's passion is also the ocean and marine life and he started his own diving.

Had a fabulous dog sledding experience in early February, staying overnight at a nearby Air bnb (Rusty's Lake View - 25 minutes away and amazing hosts, highly recommended), which worked out perfectly for our morning tour.. Our Huskies Home. Our huskies kennel is located about 15 minutes north of Haliburton, Ontario and is situated on 80 acres of wilderness land overlooking Drag lake. The original state of the art, sled dog kennel was designed to house approximately 60 Siberian Huskys, but has since had 2 additions to now hold 150 dogs as our husky family grew.

Winterdance Cottage. The 3 bedroom Winterdance cottage is available 4 seasons. It is built into the back of a steep ridge and offers all the comforts of home. From the deck you will quite often see deer moving along the ridge early & late in the day. The cottage's waterfront is located across the 1 lane dead end road.
